Do you think and.Ross’ plan for ending The Wave was a good one?

I think Mr. Ross's plan for ending the wave was too dramatic and harsh for many of the students. I'm sure students like Robert Billings were traumatized by the way Mr. Ross ended it. There was little explanation into what the wave did to them psychologically or how the students might process what they have been through.
