When was Rosaleen born?

Rosaleen did not know the date of her birth, and she alternated the year she was born between two years.... 1909 and 1919. Rosaleen admittedly said that she chose the year depending upon how she felt at the moment. Lack of a birth certificate meant that she had to make the date up.
