How does Thomas convince Jorge to join the gladers and help them(

Thomas sits down and explains everything they've been experienced to Jorge. He suggests that if the Cranks will assist them in getting to the safe haven, they too, might benefit from the cure. Jorge then tells Thomas that when Cranks test positive for the Flare, they are sent to the city...... a place where everyone is suffering from the disease in one form or another. After their discussion, Jorge agrees to help the Gladers, but only if Minho dies...... Thomas refuses, citing Minho's importance to the plan, as well as his irreplaceable skills. Jorge relents and does join their cause.
