do you think that this poem tell us something significant about human conduct? why or why not?

I believe the Rime of the Ancient Mariner relates to the consequences of human conduct. Namely, that everything we do has a consequence and everything action we takes affects others. It is necessary to take responsibility for those actions right or wrong.
