How do Ponyboy’s relationships with Darry and Soda Pop differ?

Pony and Soda are very close. Soda is happy, caring, and brotherly. Pony's relationship with Darry, however, has changed since their parents' deaths. Darry no longer gets to be the "idolized" big brother because he's too busy trying to support the household and look out for his younger siblings. Darry has become a grown-up, responsible parent...... long before his time. Pony has difficulty accepting Darry's new role, ans as a result, he believes that Darry is always upset with him.
