The Odyssey

The main conflict is between Odysseus and his overarching pride which matches against the god Poseidon (Neptune) and the fact that he is angry at the way in which Odysseus thinks himself better and stronger than the gods. Obviously, Odysseus will get home in the end and somehow Poseidon will allow him to get home.
