The Murder of Roger Ackroyd
Happiest and saddest moments?
the happiest and saddest parts of the novel "The Murder Of The Roger Ackroyd"?
the happiest and saddest parts of the novel "The Murder Of The Roger Ackroyd"?
There are not many happy moments, and there are numerous sad ones. In my opinion, Major Blunt and Flora's engagement serves as one of the happier moments, based upon the fact that she almost married someone that she didn't love, and in the end, became engaged to someone that she not only loved..... but someone who loved her back.
The saddest part of the novel, in my opinion, is James' suicide. Not because the murderer and blackmailer took the easy way out, but rather because, he had so much potential and threw it all away.
