Has Rainsford changed his mind about hunting by the end of the story?

In my opinion, Rainsford's view that "prey" do not experience fear has changed. His own experience as the "hunted" would have provided him with first-hand knowledge. As to his opinions about hunting..... I don't believe his future endeavors will change in any way. Rainsford enjoys the hunt..... he even seems to have enjoyed the end result of the game. None-the-less, we'll never know for sure. The answer to your question is in your own imagination.
