what decision did Thomas come to before he fell asleep?

I'm not too sure what chapter this is in. At the end of chapter 5 Thomas thinks the Glade is familiar. He lays down and sleeps, not sure if any more should be said about the matter. At the end of chapter 6, Thomas feels sorry for Chuck and the way others treat him. He decides to keep the sinking feeling that he has been here before to himself.
