In what ways is their fate both similar to and different from the harm they inflicted on Bisclvaret?

Bisclvaret's wife basically meant her husband to feel banished from the town when she had her husband's clothes stolen. Ironically she and her new husband suffered the same fate. At least Bisclvaret was welcomed both as wolf and himself which differs from his wife.
