What is the training and how does it end?

The different forms of training are varried, as training in knot tying, camouflage, weight lifing, and archery are all available. Training ends with the tributes auditioning their finest skills for the Gamemakers, who as a result, will get sponsorships based upon a tribute's strengths. Katniss' moment is marred by the Gamemakers' distractions..... they've had a lot to drink, and they've been accessing the tributes all day. As a result, Katniss gets angry at their inattention and proves her archery skills by shooting an arrow through a pigs mouth.... at the very table the Gamemakers are eating. Needless to say, she got their attention.
