Part II: Who has shown humanity or behaved humanely and who has behaved inhumanely in Part II?

I get my parts mixed up. Certainly Katniss always shows a sense of humanity, even while she is being hunted. She does not like to kill people. She only seems to kill them when she is forced into it. Katniss, for example, kills Glimmer out of mercy after she is stung by the Tracker Jackers. Katniss also takes care of Rue. Peeta is always looking out for Katniss. Cato is pretty savage. He breaks the neck of the boy from District 3 just because he is angry.
