How does Katniss feel about the country of Panem?

Katniss understands how Panem works. She knows that the government is in the Capitol and people in the Capitol live modern privileged lives. The rest of Panem is split into twelve districts, which are separated from each other. These districts are often poor and only serve to brig the Capitol wealth. Katniss, however, is too busy trying to support her family to really think about it very much.
