Who are the two most important voices in Lake-town following Smaugs death? What are their differing perspectives.

Bard and Thorin's voices are the most important after the death of Smaug. Thorin wants all of the treasure based upon the fact that so much was stolen from the dwarves. Bard, however, petitions Thorin, reminding him that not all of Smaug's treasure has come from Thorin's people.... Bard's people need their own as well.
