How does Bilbo show that he has more spirit left then the dwarves in Chapter 11?

The dwarves will not enter the cave, thus, Bilbo enters it alone.

Bilbo shows that he has more spirt then the dwarves because he is willing to do what they won't. When the dwarves won't enter the cave Bilbo goes in any way even if he must go in alone. This is because he still has hope in thier adventure and he hasn't given up.
