Hobbit why does gandalf think that bilbo is right for the job of burglar?

Hobbits are small and unassuming: they can get into places without others knowing. Gandalf considers Bilbo to be braver than other Hobbits. He thinks Bilbo's took side will unleash his adventurous took side. Gandalf also thinks Bilbo has a kind heart that can stand up to temptation.
