Are the movie and the book Afterall the same? because I saw the movie hobbits and this summary is almost the same but not the same?pls inform me if not right

The PeterJaackson movies have quite a few differences that the book. They stretched out the shortest book in the trilogy to three movies. A lot of story was added in in order to do this. The Tolkein franchaise is bankable for studios. Studios know there is more money to be maid from three movies rather than one.There are so many changes in the movies to really include in this short space but check this out below:
