In what way could the manner of Smaug's death be disappointing for the reader who has followed the dwarves' and "Bilbos long trek to the Mountain?
In what way could the manner of Smaug's death be disappointing for the reader who has followed the dwarves' and "Bilbos long trek to the Mountain?
Smaug dies pretty quickly. The Bard finds out about a weak spot on Smaug (Sound like David and Goliath?) and the dragon was killed. I was hoping for more details and development of Smaug.
