How does Corrie's prison bag become a metaphor for Corrie's role in the resistance?
In Chapter Nine, Corrie uses her prison bag to deter suspicion from the hiding place. The bag she carries will also serve to protect those she hides..... and later be a symbol of her own subsequent imprisonment.
