What changes would you make to the community?

The community is set up to look like a utopia of sorts but is really a dystopia. The underbelly of society is twisted and cruel. I think society needed to be broken down to its core. Memories of pain and pleasure must be returned to the people. Sorrow and joy must be a part of peoples lives: one cannot exist without the other. The state or "Elders" must cease to exist in their present form.
