“Never make your home in a place. Make a home for yourself inside your own head." - Explain why you agree with this quote and link it to "The Giver" by Lois Lowry

In context, I agree with this quote is accurate in that "home" is our happy place... the people we love, the place in which we are most comfortable. Its relationship to The Giver is important because the characters in The Giver do not understand this concept of home.... this is the concept that Jonas first experiences later in the text; Christmas, family, happy times... a far cry from what he has known.
