HOW ARE CHILDREN ORGANIZED BEFORE THEY RECEIVE THEIR NAME

The children are sent to Nuturers; at one they are sent to live with families; in December (each year) the four years olds are promoted to the next group; at nine, there is the ceremony of nine (bicycle year), and at the Ceremony of Twelve, children are assigned their future careesr and become adults.

Also, they are given numbers rather than names. The number reflects the order in which they were born.
