I think this depends on your opinion of Otto Frank rather than mine. I think Otto Frank saw a man and his wife in need and did not refuse him. Despite Mr. Dussel being rather hard to live with, Otto felt that Dussel deserved a chance like the rest of them. I find that pretty heroic.
