how did abigial williams show fear in the crucible

Abigail and her friends are caught dancing naked in the forest with animal blood and a cauldren. This is a Puritan village so people that do this are not labeled eccentric; they are labeled witches and killed. So Abigail is pretty scared from the beginning. To deffend herself she starts the finger pointing frenzy. Part of her plan is to implicate Elizabeth Proctor as part of her unrequited sex vendetta against John Proctor. Still Abigail had to be careful that this whole thing does not come tumbling down on her which it almost does. It doesn't take long before John Proctor and a few other sain people are on to her. She constantly lives in fear until she finally runs away.
