Who is Stradlater? Why does Holden refer to him as a "secret slob"? What does he look like?

Stradlater is Holden's roommate at Pencey Prep. He is atheletic looking, loud, ans obnoxious. Holden says that although Stradlater looks good on the outside, he is actually a slob when it comes to his personal space.
