Is Holden a likeable character so far? Why or why not?

This question calls for your opinion. There is no right or wrong answer. In my opinion, Holden is a likeable character. I personally feel sorry for him..... he is obviously confused, angry, and for the most part delusional. If he were one of my students.... I'd be trying to help him, not disliking him.
