describe the prioress' manners and personality?

The Prioress tries hard to be dainty but she's rather a paradox or a hypocrite (take your pick) She hates spilling crumbs and cries over a dead mouse. Then she feeds dogs raw flesh. The Prioress tries to project mannerisms she deems appropriate for the moment and hides what she sees fit. She tries to look pious but we get the sense she merely aims to project an image.
