What is Bruno's opinion of Lieutenant Kotler?

Brun dislikes Lt. Kotler immensely. Bruno feels Kotler spends way too much time in their home and laughs with his mother..... something Bruno considers inaapropriate. He is also deeply upset by the fact that his mother calls Kotler "precious". In addition to his discomfort with Kotler's presence, Bruno feels that Kotler goes out of his way to belittle him, even worse, he treats Pavel and Shmuel cruelly.
