I'm not sure why the word "despise" is included in all of your questions. Kotler believed in the Nazi Party and bought into their beliefs of white superiority and the need for ethnic cleansing. This does not mean that he despised everyone. Seeing women as weak or emotional does not imply he despised them, but rather that he did not respect them. I think you're overanalyzing and looking for things that just aren't apparent in this character.
