Do people with power ever abuse their power ?
Mainly based on chapter 13 , any help would be brilliant , I know the Answer , just don't know how to put it in words ?

Most people in power abuse their power to some extent. People with absolute power, like Hitler, always abuse it. It is an old adage that "absolute power corrupts absolutely". Is there a particular scene in the novel you want me to comment on?
