Chapter 17: Ironically, why was Bruno the only one of his family members the enjoys living at Out-With?

Bruno notices the many children living on the other side of the fence.... and he also thinks about Shmuel, with whom, he has become very close. This is ironic because Bruno was the most vocal about not wanting to leave Berlin.... and his friends.
