Bruno was indoctrinated by the Nazis?When he talking to Shmuel he said that Germany is the best country in world .Why he said that?

 Bruno is a child with his own mind and a lot of empathy. I think he was just parroting to Shmuel what he has heard so many times before. When he says this, Bruno really does not have context of what Germany  is really doing in the world.
