What is the falling action of the book Uprising by Margaret Peterson Haddix?

In a plot diagram, the falling action follows the climax..... in this case, the fire. In the falling action, and through the conversation of Mrs. Livingston and Harriet, we learn that Mrs. Livingston is actually Bella..... and that Bella was the only one of the three girls to survive.
