What epiphany does Huck have in this chapter that advances his inner conflict

Certainly Huck displays empathy for Jim and his family. Jim's genuine love and longing for his family touches Huck. Jim's sense of love and duty is in stark contrast to people like the King and Duke or even the people of the town. I think this strengthens Huck's resolve to see Jim through his ordeal. It also makes Huck examine his own motivations for doing things.
