What do you mean by choric and chorus?

Choric means incessant or never ending. A choric song would constantly repeat itself. The eight stanzas of the Mariner's Choric song expresses one central theme, that being that they have resolved to stay where they are forever. They miss their homes, but they seem to be enjoying the drug induced euphoria of the lotus' fruit even more.
