Why doesn't Shandra put her picture in the newspaper when she makes the All-County Middle School Soccer Team?

Shandra doesn't allow her picture in the paper because she doesn't want to expose her brother, Antoine, who plays for the Lake Windsor football team. Antoine lives out of disctrict, he lives in Tangerine, and thus, is playing for Lake Winsor illegally.
