Charles Darnay?

Darnay's Uncle is a part of the aristocracy and feels no regret over the plight of France's starving lower class. Darnay feels for them and supports their cause (the revolution), which is why he leaves France for England.

The Marquis' murder is foreshadowed when the young boy is run over by his carriage. The young boy's father will be his murderer.
