How does this organization lead to our understanding the meaning of the sonnet?

If you understand that each of the three quatrains includes some comment about the main idea of the sonnet, then you see that the poet comes at the idea three different times. If you get it from the beginning, you see the idea reinforced. You then understand the comment in the couplet which "seals the deal" about the point in the sonnet.
