What are Crusoe's attitudes towards women in the latter part of the novel?
Crusoe helps his sisters financially and marries. He and his wife have three children, and he seems to settle down accordingly. After her death, however, he once again feels the need for adventure. From this, we can infer that he sees women as having a stabilizing effect.... the effect of family.
