How do they treat each other, talk to each other? What feelings do they experience (for the first time in their lives)?

If you mean Adam and Eve, then we can say that they treat each other in perfect harmony at the beginning. However, once they eat of the fruit of the Tree of Good and Evil, they suddenly are ashamed that they are naked and realize that they are going to be punished by God. Adam blames the woman; the woman blames the snake. They ultimately feel the sadness of being sent from the Garden of Eden, having to now fend for themselves, and having, in Eve's case, to endure the pain of childbirth.
