How do others perceive Curley from Of Mice and Men? And is there a discrepancy between how Curley wants to be seen and how others perceive Curley?

George and the other men know that Curly is bad news. Curly has a major case of "small guy complex". George knows guys like Curley go after bigger guys they think they are able to intimidate. Lennie is the perfect target for Curley so George warns Lennie to stay clear of him. All the men only tolerate Curly because he is the boss's son.

What i think that people think about curley is that he is a cruel person we won't say cruel but we will say that he is a mean kid and that he likes beating on other kids like lennie and that is why lennie does not like curley in aby type of way
