Are you asking which character has a brighter future based upon the text? If so, Isabel's future is seemingly secure. She will acquire a good education, and her education will open doors for her. Thami, on the other hand, leaves to join the movement at the end of the play... his future will hang in the balance, as we are left to wonder if he will be killed or succeed in creating change.
