Mr. M interrupts the debate when things get out of hand to remind everyone that a debate is supposed to orderly and regulated, allowing each side to argue their point. Each particionat is given equal time and consideration. After he is finished, Mr. M gives Thami and Isabel three minutes each to make their closing arguments.
