I can't go through every symbol in the first ten chapters but I can give you a couple:

Rolled cigarettes- this represents both Franklin and the Old Man. They roll their own smokes because they are independent and smokes become a part of their ranch lifestyle.

Alcohol- represents Eldon who is hopelessly addicted to it.
