Matilda, Chapters 13-16

In Chapter 13, Miss Trunchbull is extremely abusive to the students in her class. She also calls Matilda a liar, and after hearing her name, calls her a crook as well. Miss Trunchbull purchased a car from Matilda's father..... the sawdust didn't work out so well.

In Chapter 14, Matilda learns that she can use the power of her mind to move things (the first miracle).

In Chapter 15, Matilda admits that even though she didn't leave her seat.... she did spill the contents in the water glass. Miss Turnbull makes her repeat the action, after which, she invites Matilda home for tea.
