Matilda

Miss Trunchbull is the novel's main atagonist and receives the prize for the meanest character in the book. There's absolutely nothing nice to say about her. She is offensive and condescending to her staff and abusive to the students in her school. I'd say she needs to be fired.

I'd give Miss Honey the award as the nicest, like her name.... she's very sweet, good natured, and encouraging.
