Why does Macbeth recruit to doing Banquo's dirty work? Why are they willing to take this job?

Who? The two men who follow after Banquo shortly after he leaves are known as the "two murderers." They are willing to take the job simply because they feel it's a way to get back at the world for their lousy lives. They have nothing to lose, so they agree.
