Describe esperanza's birth

However, the titles of the chapters can be misleading. For example, the description of the birth of Rosauras
daughter, Esperanza, was in August. The main cause of her lateness was her adorable niece, who had been
born. Esperanza, in December, is described to be celebrating her wedding to Johns son, while Rosaura had
been dead for a year. If the months were to be taken literally, she would only have been half a year old. The
titles of the chapters therefore, are named after months in order to give a sense of time, not to show that the
events all occurred in the space of one year. It is used to show that, like an orbit around the sun, the process is
cyclic, repeating itself.
