Do you see striking uses of language in the "letter"? They do not need to be techniques that we have studied in class, and you do not need to know a name for the techniques, only to recognize that something consciously special is being done with language to make it memorable. Describe what it is that strikes you, and try describe it effects on the reader- why the author may have chosen to use the techniques.
