Why do you think Juno decides against an abortion?

Juno decides against having an abortion because when she was walking into the clinic, a woman outside was talking about how the baby inside of her already had fingernails. When Juno went inside, being young and naive, she was bothered by everyone's fingernails. She realized that the organism inside of her was actually a human, and she couldn't go through with killing an innocent child.
